Constanze Mozart: The woman behind Mozart's legacy

In many ways, Constanze Mozart is responsible for the development of the Mozart "industry" of Salzburg. When her beloved husband suddenly died at the age of 35, she was determined to keep his memory alive. She organized his manuscripts, found publishers for his unpublished works and set up concerts in his honor. Those efforts over 200 years ago have turned Mozart into a multi-billion dollar industry today.
