Profile
Gharam is a Saudi-qualified attorney with substantial expertise in corporate and commercial matters within Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region.
She has extensive experience advising multinational public and private entities from North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East on critical domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, company formation and restructuring, and complex corporate matters.
Gharam’s deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and her adeptness in dealing with a wide range of Saudi government authorities have enabled her to secure numerous licenses for clients, enhancing their operational capabilities and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Graham practiced at a number of regional and international firms including Dentons in Jeddah.
