Kiran is a UK-qualified solicitor with substantial expertise advising on corporate and commercial matters across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the ADGM.
She has extensive experience supporting multinational and regional clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory. Kiran combines strong transactional execution with a practical understanding of the regulatory landscape, regularly advising on licensing, compliance requirements and engagement with relevant authorities to support market entry and ongoing operations.
Kiran has also worked in-house in Saudi Arabia, where she supported a leading retailer (a PIF subsidiary) and helped establish and scale its legal function, including implementing internal SOPs and delivering commercial contracting support across the business.
Prior to joining the firm, and following a brief return to an in-house role at a PIF subsidiary, Kiran practiced in the Middle East with Al Tamimi & Company and began her career in the UK at Penningtons Manches Cooper and Clarkslegal.

Kiran’s experience includes advising:
- A leading Saudi retailer and its shareholder in connection with a strategic minority investment by a sovereign wealth fund, including group restructuring, negotiation of transaction documents and completion arrangements
- An investment group on the acquisition of a telecommunications business with operations across the Middle East and Africa, including KSA and regional due diligence and related share acquisitions
- A Saudi-owned business on the establishment of a joint venture with a European industrial entity to trade industrial and oilfield-related chemicals and related logistics services, including project managing the transaction and drafting the joint venture documentation
- A GCC investment entity on the acquisition of a portfolio of polyclinics in Saudi Arabia
- A purchaser on due diligence for the acquisition of a DFM-listed FMCG business, including corporate, licensing and employment workstreams, CP documentation and reporting
- Investors on cross-border share deals and reorganisations involving entities in KSA, the UAE and overseas jurisdictions, including the establishment of an ADGM holding company and related share transfers
- International clients on Saudi licensing and foreign investment matters, including professional licences, foreign investment licences and regional headquarters set-up support
